– One of New Jersey’s leading cosmetic dentists, Dr. Thomas Streko, recently published an article on his new website, www.DrStreko.com titled “What Should You Expect During a Dental Implant Procedure?” In the article, Dr. Streko offers a step-by-step guide for patients who are interested in knowing exactly what should be expected during one of these procedures.
Dr, Streko writes, “Dental implants have proven to be the most effective method for replacing either a single tooth or multiple teeth. These artificial tooth root replacements are formed to look just like the surrounding teeth, making them almost impossible to spot. In addition, dental implants are much more durable than other tooth replacement options such as bridges or dentures. And they’re permanent, so you won’t have to worry about putting them on every morning.”
“Dental implant surgery has been done for years, and has proven to be successful in an overwhelming majority of cases. It’s safe, permanent, and quite simply the most natural looking way to replace any missing teeth you might have,” continued Dr. Streko. He goes on to explain in detail, the steps involved from the initial anesthesia to the final recovery.

Well, simple: Thieves love laptops and smartphones. They are expensive, easy to hide and store incredible amounts of information. In fact, more often than not, the information on a laptop or mobile device is more valuable than the device itself and that is what the thief is going after.
Fortunately, innovative anti-theft software like the patented, GadgetTrak use advanced Wi-Fi positioning technology, to pinpoint the location of your laptop or mobile device, usually down to within a few meters.
“GadgetTrak is a thief’s worse nightmare”, says Matrix Thompson, VP, WoahGifts.com
“In addition to giving you the ability to wipe a device clean of valuable data, Gadget operates in silence, tracking the location of the thief and will snap a photo of him or her, and send it to your FlickR account.”
This is a crucial bit of evidence that the police can use to get your equipment back.
“GadgetTrak is also a perfect gift”, adds Thompson.
“The software is like car insurance. You may think it is unnecessary if you never meet with an accident. However, if you car crashes you are glad you made the investment. GadgetTrak secures your data, and helps the police to apprehend the thief who violated you.”
GadgetTrak is available for Blackberry, Android, Mac and Window devices and costs only $34.95. It is available for purchase at http://www.woahgifts.com.

– The Montclair Art Museum will host “Of Many Colors: Portraits of Multiracial Families,” a touring photo-text display created by the award-winning Family Diversity Projects of Amherst, Massachusetts. The show will be on view September 24November 17, 2010, in the Children’s Arcade, on the first floor of the Museum.
We have all encountered the standard demographic survey with its instructions to “Check one: African-American, Hispanic, White,” and so on. But for those who do not fall neatly into any of these categories, there is only the least inclusive, most alienating category “Other.” To spotlight and celebrate the ever-growing diversity of the American family, photographer Gigi Kaeser and writer Peggy Gillespie, Amherst, Mass., have created this ambitious, award-winning exhibition. Of Many Colors has visited universities, public schools (K-12), houses of worship, community centers, galleries, museums, and conferences since 1994. Of Many Colors tells the stories of 20 families who have bridged the racial divide through interracial relationships or adoption. In a world where race is considered by many to be a formidable barrier between people, the families in this exhibition are celebrated as 20th-century pioneers willing to risk disapproval and misunderstanding to find richness and value in diversity. These families have much to say about the most intimate form of integration: family love.
The book, Of Many Colors, has been published by the University of Massachusetts Press
(with a foreword by Teaching Tolerance magazine editor Glenda Valentine). The book
includes complete text and photographs of over 20 families along with a comprehensive diversity resource guide. Internet browsers can view images, interviews, and other information about the Of Many Colors exhibition and book at http://www.familydiv.org.
